The following work was written by some of the most dedicated TrueVoters.  We looked at the legislation, which was passed in the 26 other states, took the best of what was there, and then added in our own knowledge to come up with this “Gold Standard”.  This legislation would cover all the different concerns of paperless voting and could work with either a printer attachment onto the current Diebold systems or with optical scan.
