After months of obstruction by the Attorney General's office, the case of Linda Schade et. al. vs. Linda Lamone et al. will be heard heard by Judge Manck in Anne Arundel Circuit Court in downtown Annapolis on Wednesday, August 25th through Friday, August 27th. Progressing further than any other electronic voting suit in the nation, this case calls into question the legality of paperless voting machines under Maryland law which requires paper ballots.
