Mission Statement: Protecting the Integrity of Voting in Maryland

top ^

We are a non-partisan group of citizens dedicated to preserving the integrity of our elections.

By their nature, computers are inherently subject to programming error, equipment malfunction, and malicious tampering.

To ensure transparent, fair elections and to ensure voter confidence, our voting system must provide a voter-verified paper audit trail.

This is the only way to ensure:

  • accurate recording of each vote;
  • the possibility of manual recounts;
  • a viable audit trail to verify computer tallies.
